le rituel de dissolution asémique est une pièce sonore noise construite autour de l’utilisation d’IAs.

Utilisant un modèle développé par l’IRCAM, qui produit en temps réel une voix humaine à partir du son qui lui est fourni, cette pièce s’est construite autour de l’idée d’un rituel visant à invoquer un bruit primordial, obtenu par la dissolution de toute tentative de construction de sens.

Structuré en trois parties chacune responsable d’un registre sonore particulier (percussions – voix – bruit), le son du rituel de dissolution asémique est tout entier déterminé par le polynôme caractéristique de la matrice d’adjacence du graphe de Möbius-Kantor, via la technique du waveshaping.

Enregistré en live lors d'une performance le 15.09.2023, pour le vernissage de l'exposition des objets étranges, à l'Atelier Alain le Bras, Nantes (44 - FR)

rituel de dissolution asémique is a noise sound piece built around the use of AIs.

Using a model developed by IRCAM, which produces a human voice in real time from any sound supplied to it, this piece is built around the idea of a ritual aimed at invoking a primordial noise, achieved by the dissolution of any attempt to construct meaning.

Structured in three parts, each responsible for a particular sound register (percussion - voice - noise), the entire sound of the asemic dissolution ritual is determined by the characteristic polynomial of the adjacency matrix of the Möbius-Kantor graph, via a technique called waveshaping.

Recorded live during a performance on 15.09.2023, for the opening of the objets étranges exhibition, at Atelier Alain le Bras, Nantes (44 - FR)
